What is your return policy?

Catchup Apparel trust that you will be satisfied with your online store purchase.  However should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory.   Please send us an email to catchupapparel@gmail.com.  You will recieve an Authorization number.  All items must be returned with the authorization number no later than 10 days after delivery confirmation, in original packaging, and unused.  Catchup Apparel is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Please check the address before sending.

Note: any item returned without an authorization will not be accepted.

​When returning items, Catchup Apparel will refund the cost of the merchandise only.  Shipping fees applied to the purchase and the return are not refundable.  

 

Item purchased with a gift card and returned, will be issued a new gift card equal to the cost of the merchandise.  Shipping fees applied to the purchase and the return are not refundable. 

Items that cannot be returned include egift cards, under garments  and edible items.  We do not accept return on special order custom items, including  custom made t-shirts, sweatshirts and other attire.  If there is an issue with your custom order, to which we are at fault. We will do our best to correct it, or replace it.  If the error is yours.  We will do it again for a reasonable fee.
