What are the payment options? We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, debit card and Catchup Apparel gift cards.  

Are gift cards refundable? Catchup  Apparel eGift cards can only be redeemed at our online store catchupapparel.com  eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit on any item. If an item purchased with an eGift card must be returned.  A new egift card will be issued equal to the cost of all returned items.  Treat this eGift card like cash; if it is lost, stolen, sent to the wrong receiver, or used it will not be replaced. Before submitting the eGift card make certain to verify the email address and personal information are correct.  Your use of this eGift card constitutes acceptance of these terms: This card may be applied toward any purchase made at catchupapparel.com 

​What is your return policy? We trust that you will be satisfied with your purchase at catchupapparel.com.  However should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory.  Please send us an email or give us a call. You will receive a return authorization number.  All returned merchandise must be in new condition and able to resell.  Please write the authorization number on the return envelope.  All returns require an authorization number or there will be a 25% restocking fee.When returning items, Catchup Apparel will refund the cost of the merchandise only.  Shipping fees applied to the purchase and the return are not refunded.  If an item purchased with a egift card must be returned.  A new egift card will be issued equal to the cost of the merchandise.  Shipping cost will not be refunded.  Items that cannot be returned include egift cards, intimate apparel and edible items.  We also do not accept return on  custom made merchandise made to order including t-shirts, sweatshirts and other attire specifically created for personal or professional use. As these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.  However if their was an issue with your order, to which we are at fault. We will do our best to correct it, or replace it.  If the error is yours.  We will do it again for a reasonable fee. ​
